These photo were from our concert at St. Gallen in Switzerland with alto saxophonist Pony Poindexter. The lineup included bassist, Isla Eckinger and drummer, Clarence Becton. This rhythm section with Isla Eckinger and Clarence Becton, and led by Larry Vuckovich, was the featured house trio at the famed club Domicile in Munich. The trio accompanied such visiting greats as Jon Hendricks, Lucky Thompson, Slide Hampton, Clifford Jordan, Pony Poindexter, Benny Bailey, just to name a few.
This photo was from our concert at St. Gallen in Switzerland. The lineup included Bent Jaedig on tenor, Isla Eckinger on bass, Dusko Goykovich on trumpet, and Philly Joe Jones on drums. The European cats really had the authentic feel. This was a great tour.
